Short Pasta Cake

※ ingredients:
250g Rigatoni Short Pasta, 300g Mozzarella Cheese, Olive Oil, 1tsp Parsely
-Bolognese Sauce: 200g Minced Beef, 1/2 Onion, 1tbsp Olive Oil, 20g Tomato Paste, 150g Tomato Sauce, 1 Bay Leaf,


1tsp Salt/Pepper
1. Cook pasta in boiling water.
2. Oil the pan with olive oil and sauté the onion and add minced beef. When it’s cooked through add salt, 20g tomato paste, 150g tomato sauce, and 1 bay leaf and cook in high heat.
3. Season with salt, pepper and cook again.
4. Brush off olive oil on cake pan and fill with cooked pasta.
5. Layer mozzarella cheese and brush off Bolognese sauce and mozzarella cheese again. Bake 15-20 minutes 170℃ oven
6. Sprinkle 1tsp parsley and serve.
